As noted, my current coding project is a mutli-gallery management tool called Metapix. Its primary goal is to help creative members of the furry fandom upload their work to multiple sites.
Part of developing software is identifying requirements - and one key requirement is which sites it needs to support in order to be useful. The fewer plugins I have to develop, the more time I can spend on each, and on the rest of the program.
To this end, I asked 101 dealers and artists at Further Confusion 2011 what sites they use to host their work, what sites they might use if it were easier (including inactive accounts), and what other sites they use

It's me again.
You wrote me on InkBunny that I should not have the same username & password on every account. Fine in theory, BUT I tried that in the past -and lost some accounts because I forgot the username/password data and no matter what I tried, it was NOT the right data.
I hope now to :
1) - Shut down all the old accounts, after writing dwn data on websites I want.
2) - Open new accounts each with sep. access data - and write such down.
First I must have this laptop gone over to find/remove viruses. I keep getting crap messages that my OneDrive is not signed in, or that my data is "out of date". All my efforts to fix such only got me crap error messages & arguments, even system problems.my eMail seems to have disappeared. (no real loss -it was mostly rubbish & hacker mischief, now from DHL
The laptp did NOt come with an instruction manual. If there is a memory sweep-out procedure, I never heard of it. I am willing to wipe and start anew.
Keep data in safe secure location and in 2 places. Memory is a real gunk.
The hardest pt. will be to change my writing style, so Mr/miss miscreant will not suspect my identities.
Possibly a bug randomly causes mislocation of text I am typing in.

Probably there is a manual for your hardware online, but maybe not if it is too old for them to keep supporting it. If it is Windows 10 there should be options to refresh (less destructive) or reset your PC. Other than that, there may be an option on boot to go into a reset utility if you press a certain key. Be sure you have anything you want from it saved elsewhere first.
I wouldn't normally recommend writing passwords down - but if your home is secure, it may be the easiest way to avoid such compromises.
I was able to fix the virus by a most curious method. Trying to fix it on the laptop, only git me crap error messages and resistsnce, plus a ref to a password routine that had never worked in the past. Never,.
I fired up my smaller laptop, unused for months, due to a messed up Windows display, but it did have the Refresh option. Clicking that did not fix the bummed windows display, BUT it somehow fixed the problem on my other laptop. It also had the that virus, tho I had not used it in months. They are somehow joined. A change in one gets copied into the other...
The virus seems to have been installed by some vengeful wannabee on a pay-to-play game that I had abandoned and uninstalled. I chalk up the whole mess as a "valuable experience" and, even tho the problem is fixed, I have no desire to play that game again or any other eG5 game.

The previous night I powered up the other laptop, one which I hadn't used in months, because the display was messed up and I couldn't find a command to reset it. I found a "refresh" command on it, which was not on the other. VERY oddly, the same virus was on this one as well ! I keyed "refresh" but it didn't seem to do anything. I turned the bum laptop off and unplugged both laptops. They share the same wallsocket.
The next morning, I was astounded to find the trouble GONE from my touch-screen laptop. OneDrive was no longer giving me crap and my eMail was back !! As expected,some 42 messages and ~300 junk messages were there. Many things I already had, did not want or did not need. Plus some floozies and 2 unprovoked insults. All got deleted.
I think I was not as diligent as I should, about unplugging the laptop from the wall socket after powering off. Still, the vanishing of the laptop virus was mysterious. Just wish this corvid-19 virus would end as well... 10,000 deaths a day !

Ms. Greenreaper, I wpuld like to discuss with you my status on Inkbunny.
My avatar there is Roo. I mention this as I have strong reason to believe that many comments allegedly from me,were forged . It was only the first phase of hacker misuse of my username.
Joeyboy claimed that I was abusive to him on Tumblr. I was never on Tumblr That was the first indication that there was trouble. He evem drew a pic of his joey scowling at me.
Sometime later, I accepted a commission offer from Pentrep. To my surprise he accused me of insulting him & his art. I tried to reply, but found myself blocked. I tried to find out what the h--- was going on, by asking somebody, but you went into a supersonic hyperspazz and blocked me from commenting normally. It was NOT "ban evasion", but simply trying to find out what was going wrong. Some joe or jill forged my name to an abusive comment or rewrote the one I did make. As a result I no longer like to see Pentrep's art as it reminds me of this fiasco.
I did find a comment with my name forged to it. If you'll look at my favorited gallery in Inkbunny, for a pic of an weird alien herm. She is massively pregnant and yet has a huge male organ. She also has 5 eyes. The artist asked me what I meant in my comment "she's ready for blocking" . I told him that I had no idea (and still don't) ,because I did not make the comment.

After you passed judgement on me, the trouble shifted to my eMail. I was surprised to get 2 eMails from some joe in Yahoo (I was never on Yahoo) angrily accusing me of making homosexual overtures to him. He called me a fag in each eMail. I tried to reply to deny allegations (I am not a fag.)but like in Tumblr, somebody forged my username.
That was the calm before the storm.
Some 1100 or so orders were made to Alibaba or AliExpress, a few to Malaysia, one to PayPal... there was even a notice about an oyster festival in Australia. I would not even go to next door for an oyster festival. In each case where an apparent order was involved, I left eMail stating that I placed NO order, that I had NO intention of paying for anything and that they were asked NOT to accept any future orders claiming to be from me. ThAT STOPPED THAT.
Since all these came in rapid succession ,I attribute them to the same miscreant.

In my regular mail, odd and suspicious items turned up, incl. mail from organizations that thought I was a registered member. The mail also included a porn offer. Again the repeat offenders had to be informed that I had not applied, that my name had been forged. That stopped that.
PT.4 and I trust this is the last.
About a dozen or so eMail invites from floozies would turn up daily. After deleting them repeatedly, I then clicked on "remove from mailing list". The steady stream stopped in a few days. Now I just wait for whatever comes next. Normal junk mail I can manage, but not these floozies.
